Bill: Hi George, I haven't seen you in the 1for a while. Have you given up eating?

George: No. I'm using my lunch hour to 2.

Bill: You exercise? I can't believe it.

George: Sometimes I can't believe it myself Bill but it's true. I go running three times a week and I swim at the 3center the other two day.

Bill: Wow that seems like a lot! What made you start?

George: My father had a heart attack last year. 4disease runs in our family so I thought I should start to do something to lower my risk. My doctor suggested I start an exercise program.

Bill: Was it hard?

George: Because I hadn't been active for a long time it was really hard in the beginning. But now that I'm 5to it - it's not bad at all.

Bill: It is something that I have always wanted to do, but I can never seem to find the time.

George: I know. Finding the time is a problem. But you can do little things during the day to 6your activity level - like walking up the stairs instead of taking the elevator or walking or riding a bike to work. Every little bit 7.

Bill: That makes sense.

George: For myself it has made a big 8, I feel better, I seem to have more 9and I don't get as stressed out.

Bill: Now it really seems like a good idea. I think I'll look into it.

George: You won't 10that you did.
